I used boneless/skinless thighs and 2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes, 1/2 bottle white wine. Everyone loved it! I accidentally used smoked paprika, which was a bit bitter but rounded it out with some sugar. It's a keeper! Thanks Karen!!
PS a neighbor even took a "doggie bag" home to her husband who could not be there with us, being sure he got plenty of the chicken.Robinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05252905448584981721noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7064649484877118244.post-84031388794279735582011-12-14T13:59:11.152-07:002011-12-14T13:59:11.152-07:00mine turned out pretty well also, karen ~ i'm ...mine turned out pretty well also, karen ~ i'm finally getting around to posting it!

not sure how to post a picture here, so will post the link to the thread, and anyone interested can scroll down to mine:

http://foodsoftheworld.activeboards.net/draculas-2011-paprika-hendl-dinner-party_topic1468.html

once again, beautiful job!Ronhttp://foodsoftheworld.activeboards.netnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7064649484877118244.post-70989896620407841482011-12-02T15:24:30.108-07:002011-12-02T15:24:30.108-07:00Karen, that looks (great photo!) and sounds perfec...Karen, that looks (great photo!) and sounds perfectly delicious.
