Shoot, you probably got two or three of them for Christmas a few years back.
Okay, then.
Remember the other day when we made Chicken Fajitas? We didn't eat it all, which resulted in what we call in the culinary world as leftovers.
Oh, and a slice of cheese. I'm using Swiss.
Squish the lid down on the sandwich so it'll make those cute little grill marks. Wait until the bread is nice and brown and the cheese is oozing out of the middle.
You can really eat yours, if you'd like.
I use my grilling machine to make paninis too, works a treat!
ReplyDeleteThe lack of a panini press almost had me sighing here but we definitely have a foreman grill woo hoo! Your attention to detail in your cooking is amazing, I never would have thought to sprinkle parsley, what a nice touch. You can pass your pickle on over here, I loves me a good dill or half sour any day!
