My husband is a hunter. He got the meat last Fall here in Montana. I think the meat tastes much better than beef. It's sweeter and it's milder than venison. It's my favorite wild game!
Your eggs are back! I always loved your "egg" header. (how long has it been back? LOL ) We have antelope here in NV. My husband hunts birds and he fishes, but not a big game hunter...mostly because... I'm not sure? He has in the past.
