I thought this was a cute sign and it happened to be apropos to my post today, so I thought I'd include it!
I saw this Lemon Cake Top Pudding on Jady's beautiful and yummy blog, Cucina Panzano. Jady made this lemon pudding sound so delicious, I just had to make it!
If you love lemons (or, if life gives you lemons!), you'll love this light and simple dessert!Lemon Cake Top Pudding
2 T flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 T butter
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup milk
Cream flour, sugar and butter. Add egg yolks, lemon juice, and milk. Fold in egg whites. Bake in 8" pudding dish or individual custard cups (not buttered). Set in a pan of warm water and bake for 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
I LOVE this idea. I have a question. You place lemon pudding in a ramekin and top with this recipe and then bake? I have got to make this.
