This recipe couldn't be easier and it makes for a really pretty side for grilled meat.
Butter, honey and chopped fresh mint leaves are heated together to make a basting sauce for skewers of fresh cantaloupe. The skewers are grilled for 5 to 7 minutes.
I thought this was very good. The cantaloupe had a slight smoky flavor and tasted great with our grilled chicken.

ReplyDeleteI bet my hubby and kiddos would love this...but me, the bad foodie can't stomach any sort of melon :( I will definitely remember it when cooking for others, though!! Great for summer.
