You may have heard of this little blog. It has a few good recipes. The other day, I wanted to bake these. But while I was searching for the recipe, I came across this and if you don't get up and make this right now, you'll be very sorry.
Because, if you don't make this, you can't make Cinnamon Bread
French Toast. And that's all I have to say about that.
Cinnamon bread- what's not to like? I can imagine French Toast made with this!
ReplyDeleteKaren, I do believe you make some of the best looking breads on the planet. I want, I want!!
ReplyDeleteI'm dreaming of Cinnamon Bread French Toast tomorrow morning (but it's not going to happen, because I didn't plan ahead!) I'll go to sleep dreaming about it though. :D Thank you for sharing the recipe. xo
Oh dear, it's almost 11 p.m.. I think I'll have to wait until morning but I'd sure like to have that lovely aroma to wake up to. I wonder if I could talk my husband into making it??
ReplyDeleteBest,
Bonnie
That's done it - now I need breakfast. Great looking site.
ReplyDeleteHaha PW is totally my favorite source for a good stick to your thighs and soul recipe. and this looks just wonderful.
ReplyDeleteReally, you had me at cinnamon bread...
ReplyDeleteDo you ever put raisins in yours? Because I seriously think my stomach just yelled the word 'raisins'! Must. Eat. NOW!
I know I'm a weirdo, but I don't eat pancakes, waffles or French toast. (I'm not a picky eater, just never liked the taste of syrup) Then last Christmas my son-in-law made French toast with homemade French bread and a fabulous mixture for the egg. I tried it and couldn't believe how GOOD French toast is! I felt a little like "Sam I am" when I realized what I'd been missing. This idea of making it with cinnamon bread has me swooning! You photos are gorgeous as always!
ReplyDeleteToasted cinnamon bread is the best!
ReplyDeleteThis looks a lot like sponge cake. Or at least, that’s how I call it. Nice looking cinnamon bread. Definitely going to try it. Funny video.
ReplyDeleteOMG that looks so delicious! I just want to slather some butter on a slice and gobble it up.
