I based this recipe loosely on the one you'll find here, although there are many other recipes you can find on the internets.
Halve some jalapenos, stuff each half with cheese (I used hot pepper Jack). Fold some sausage around the jalapeno, roll in bread crumbs and bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes, or until sausage is cooked through.

ReplyDeleteHow unusual! I too thought of Scotch eggs. These could be dangerous for me, all too easy to just pop them in the mouth! Perfect for Super Bowl snacking though.
