Ingredients: Flour tortillas, refried beans, salsa, shredded cheese, grape tomatoes, sour cream, cilantro
Using a 2" cookie cutter, cut 18 rounds from flour tortillas. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Place a teaspoon of refried beans on each tortilla round. Top with salsa, shredded cheese and half of a grape tomato. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes until hot and cheese has melted. Remove from oven and place on serving tray. Top with sour cream and chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
