Super Single-Bite Tostadas

Super Single-Bite Tostadas

Ingredients:
Flour tortillas, refried beans, salsa, shredded cheese, grape tomatoes, sour cream, cilantro

Using a 2" cookie cutter, cut 18 rounds from flour tortillas. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Place a teaspoon of refried beans on each tortilla round. Top with salsa, shredded cheese and half of a grape tomato. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes until hot and cheese has melted. Remove from oven and place on serving tray. Top with sour cream and chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.

I'm sending this recipe over to Julie at Peanut Butter and Julie. She's hosting a Super Bowl Showdown!
